All our staff are professionals with university degrees and substantial experience in their fields. Every one of them has had to pass two rigorous interviews designed to test their professionalism and skills. All trainers  and consultants are mother-tongue and must possess relevant degrees and  certificates in order to operate in their specific realm of competence.

Staff training is of particular importance at Caledonian. Regular staff workshops are held where various arguments are debated, new material is examined and problems discussed.

In addition we provide full back up and support for all and where deemed advantageous and/or necessary members of the Caledonian team are sent on training courses regarding their specific areas of competence.
